How quickly can you come out?
For Gold Coast jobs, usually within a day or two for a look, and same day if something is down. Brisbane and further afield we will give you an honest answer when you call rather than promising something we cannot hit.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No. The walk-through and the written quote that follows are free. We would rather spend an hour understanding your setup than guess at a price over the phone.
Do you work with businesses that already have an IT provider?
Yes, and often we start as a second opinion on a specific project. If you are looking to move across entirely, we will handle the handover and chase down whatever documentation exists.
What size businesses do you work with?
Anywhere from three staff to around fifty, single or multi-site. Below that we are usually still worth it for cabling and setup work; above that, ask and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right fit.
Can you help outside business hours?
Cutovers, migrations and cabling are normally done after hours as standard. For ongoing after-hours support cover, that is what the Managed Plus plan is for.
