Who we are
Between us we have spent years in comms rooms, under desks and on the phone to providers, working across small offices, warehouses and multi-site operations. The pattern was always the same: the cabler blames the network, the network guy blames the phones, and the business owner ends up project managing people they are paying.
Bindoya Tech covers all eight layers, which means when something breaks there is one number to call and no argument about whose fault it is. We keep the client list deliberately small enough that you get us, not a queue.
We are based on the Gold Coast and work across South East Queensland. If you are within an hour of us, we will come to you.
The team
Co-founder · Networks, servers & security
Handles the infrastructure side: switching and Wi-Fi design, server and cloud builds, backup strategy and security hardening. Also the one who writes the documentation, which he insists is the most useful thing we hand over.
Co-founder · Hardware, cabling & voice
Runs the physical side: structured cabling, racks, workstation fleets and phone systems. If your comms cupboard looks like a bird's nest, he is the one who will make it look like a diagram.
How we work
Diagrams, IP schedules, licence lists, passwords. Your business should never depend on what is in one person's head — including ours.
You will get an explanation you can act on, not a wall of acronyms designed to make the invoice look bigger.
Backups get restored. Failover gets pulled. If we say it works, it is because we broke it on purpose first.
Cutovers, migrations and cabling happen when your staff are not there. Downtime during business hours is a choice, and usually the wrong one.
